Recipe: No Bake Energy Bites

I had seen this recipe being pinned to death on Pinterest, and as a snacker, I thought it might be a good thing to keep on hand for a quick healthy bite.  It originated on the adorable Smashed Peas and Carrots blog, written by super mom Maggie.  These are ridiculously so good that my husband is obsessed with them and food to him is typically a source of fuel and little else.  Go make them...but go ahead and double or triple the recipe because I made ours Sunday night and they're almost gone! 

No-Bake Energy Bites  -print this recipe HERE-
(makes 18-20 bites)
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

I've seen this all over Pinterest, and have every intention of making this once I get all of the the ingredients. It simply LOOKS SO GOOD!
