Our wedding menu was one of my favorite things to plan for and enjoy on our special day. It was southern comfort food at its best and I was lucky enough to find a caterer who was willing to think a little outside the box. We had hors d'œuvres during cocktail hour and three stations throughout the venue for dinner. An Arnold Palmer w/ sweet tea vodka in a mason jar was a our signature drink.
The appetizers included fried macaroni and cheese balls, vidalia onion dip, hamburger sliders and a popcorn bar with toppings!
The stations were bbq pork sliders with cole slaw and sweet potatoes, shrimp and grits with hush puppies, bourbon chicken with collard greens and fried green tomatoes
