When the temps hit 90+ here in FL, I am all about the popsicle. It's like Summer's answer to cupcakes and macarons. So what could be better than a little cocktail and popsicle mash-up?!
I love this simple idea for a cocktail and dessert all in one. I whipped up some popsicles by pureeing mangos, a few strawberries, and a splash of lemonade. Poured the mixture into popsicle molds and put them in the freezer for several hours. Then I popped the prosecco and dunked my popscicle. Voila! The best of both worlds.
